Leviticus 3:10-12

¹⁰ and the two kidneys with the fat that is above them, which is on the loins, and the appendage on the liver which he shall remove with the kidneys. ¹¹ The priest shall burn it on the altar as a food offering made by fire for the Lord.

¹² If his offering is a goat, he shall offer it before the Lord.
